Sea of Cortez and Socorro
aboard M/V Valentina

Swim with sea lions, manta rays, hammerheads and whale sharks
Swim with the Big Guys -- The Sea of Cortez and Socorro are cornucopias of marine life. In addition to large schools of colorful fish angelfish, snapper, jacks and tuna, you have a very good chance of swimming with manta rays, whale sharks and hammerhead sharks. In the Sea of Cortez you are pretty much guaranteed the additional fun of swimming with the sea lions. In Socorro manta rays are common and lucky divers have seen humpback whales. Both destinations are seasonal, so Island Dreams will help you to select the best time of year to visit.
