• Service, service, service! -- We strive to provide you accurate information on the hotels, seasonality, valuable comparison details and first-hand knowledge about your destination interests. Island Dreams wants your repeat business so we won't tell you what you want to hear, we tell the truth. From resort and hotel web sites, can you tell if the resort is actually on the beach? Or how they compare, honestly, with their competition?
• Valuable Contacts -- In some cases Island Dreams has been working with our carefully-selected resorts and dive operations for more than 30 years. As a client of Island Dreams your status as a valued guest increases due to these relationships. It is not uncommon for our clients to be given VIP status just because they booked with Island Dreams.
• Your Travel Ally -- As a client, you will find our Island Dreams agents to be a valuable ally should things go awry, flight delays, missed connections, weather issues, etc. We want your trip to be a success and for your holiday to be as seamless and satisfying as possible.
• Your own Personal Assistant...for FREE -- Island Dreams is paid by the resort, liveaboard, and/or dive shop to facilitate and book your travel. You don't pay for our expert advice and service. We work hard for you for the same price you'd pay the resort if you booked directly. Some resorts require bank wire payments, which incur bank fees which Island Dreams absorbs (and perhaps a trip to the bank), while others may not accept credit card payments.
